Our vision

A safe, stress-free,
supported, and successful
transition into adulthood,
for every Alabama youth.

Without help…

will immediately become homeless
after leaving foster care
will be homeless after 2 years
after aging out
will have been
Will graduate

When Second Shift intervenes in these outcomes,
we can prevent homelessness, unemployment,
incarceration, human and sex trafficking,
and the repeated generational cycle of foster care.
