What We Do

Through research and experience we know that relational connection is the one factor that makes a difference in the outcomes, but connection can’t be built if a young person if homeless, hopeless or scared.

We combine both the basic-care support and relational connection to maximize their success!

Our Programs & Services

Basic Care Services

  • Emergency assistance in the form of a gift card or other non-currency provision. 
  • Beginning Bins of household goods.
  • Support in seeking employment, resources, and planning for parenthood. ​

Connection Programs

  • Life Skills Mentoring
  • Case Management
  • Forever Adult Mentor (FAMs)
  • Sponsorship – Any individual or family anywhere can sponsor a youth with support, encouragement and a monthly financial pledge. 

Housing Assistance 

  • Assistance in locating and paying for housing to prevent homelessness. 
  • Life Skills Education, case management, vocational and financial coaching. 
  • Connections to a caring stable adult.
